Last weekend was just the kind I'd been craving at home.  Quiet Friday night in with another delicious Blue Apron meal, followed by a very lazy Saturday with three trips to the dog park, and on Sunday, the Third Annual Badass Brooklyn Fall Festival, a dog-focused fair with games, treats, pup gear and all proceeds going to animal rescue.  Hard to believe anything could top that, but my first trip to Fairway in Red Hook was the grocery shopping adventure I've been craving in Brooklyn, especially to prepare some yummy traditional foods for the Jewish New Year!
