I've been doing some research lately into lungs. They are amazing, of course. All the capillaries in the lungs would spread out over thousands of miles. Our two lungs are not equal sizes. The left lung, which as a pocket for the heart, is smaller than the right. If you breathe through your nose, rather than your mouth, you ingest fewer toxins because of the lining in the nose. // The lungs process grief. And sometimes, we process grief that is not actually ours (women are especially prone to do this) -- it belongs to the people we love, a karmic connection, a lineage. Breathe deep. xo
